My character was arrested for Minor Crimes around 12hrs ago.

The guard says you must wait "OOC 2hrs or 10 minutes" to release.

The timer doesnt count down, nor does he let you pay a fine.

I asked for a DM a few times and then tried the 2 Stygian PC's who said they cant use the arrest wand as a release wand.
