Custom Loading Screens

Possible without a HAK or a load of work? If so it would be a tasty addition I feel, add a few little tidbits and rumours along with some screen shots of the excellent EFU:A areas.

I'm pretty sure there's a way to change the tips without a hak, but I believe the loading screens do require one.

As far as I know, it is dependent on adding lines to the dialog.tlk file which would have to be maintained and distributed.  A simple override would not work for this.
