1.  How do you post links with a hyperlink name and not actual website?  (ie. Link vs the big long http://jkahklfjao;ijheinfoan;oie.com)?
 
2.  How do you post images in a thread?

Protip: For shorter links, like bit.ly, use //www.shadyurl.com .
