Remove monster pcs from efusl, player list

Not sure if it is possible, but I think it is definately desirable.  It is an easy way to correct a lot of lame behavior that occurs when people see the name of a monster on the player list.

if anything, couldn't someone just look at the in game player list? i think it'd be alright to have like a /c option to toggle being publicly shown on the efusl list or not maybe.

Not worth the effort. People can and do just use the player list. If people are scared of your monster and actively avoid any areas they might come across you, you can get bolder and force an interaction.
