Rat Knife has 5 charges... Of nothing?

I'm not sure if this is a typo, or if some enchantment is supposed to be on it, or what... But I thought I'd report it just in case.

Quite a few items have charges without things in relation to those charges. No idea what they're used for--I just ignore them.
