As of the latest build the Conclave portal is a one way transition from the Enclave down to the Colony.  The portal that leads up to the Conclave from the Colony is busted unless a DM is there to place a new transition.

This should've been fixed in the latest reset. Maybe I missed a variable. Anyway, will be fixed soon.
