Shelgarn's Persistant Blade

Shelgarn's Persistant Blade does not work with the new multiple summons jazz. I asked (Scotty?) a DM whether it would work with SPB, and he said he forget but he would put it in. When it was first originated, I got the pop up message saying it took so and so amount of points, but I never tried to summon more than one.

Today I tried it, and I didn't get the message. As well, I was unable to summon more than one. :( It's a bummer.

Also, an Empowered SPB is no different from a regular SPB. Not sure if its supposed to be, but it is an empowerable spell.

Shelgarn's is not conjuration. It's not supposed to be affected by this change.

Is this now not the case?

There's no reason not to implement it with Shelgarn's as well.
