Swarm Rats

For being a swarm in the sewers where low levels regularily go, these seem to be a bit too strong, to not exaggerate it. They hit for a lot of damage, have a lot of hp and while the regular "swarm" ability of shared hp as seen in the bats does not seem to work, they still have the damage immunity making them pretty hard to kill. In a group of 5+, they're pretty deadly.
