Seriously this is some awesome faction.

What also makes it unique is the wide variety of characters in the faction. The requirements are only: Non-Good. Meaning that the concepts in the faction can be far and wide. Causing everybody to have their own uniqueness. Any class, and race (though some may be difficult).

This is a fun and unique faction that is easy to get into and needs some extra player love and employees (and I feel lonely). Be you wererat rogue, to a Lizardfolk rager, or a Deep Imaskari wizard, to a corrupt assassinly business man. This may be the faction for you.

All criminals and other shady people had a beginning, and that beginning was within the Hanged Goblin. This place provides ample opportunities for shady business, bloody tournaments and secret plotting than most of the other places within the Sharboneth Colony. There are many advantages of being within this minor faction or supporting it, and it's a different take on how to deal with things. I recommend any uprising character to consider this venue, as it has lead to many prominent characters already.
