Ever considered Malar as your deity?

Right so i'm not looking for people to build concepts specifically for this. I just wanted to alert people to the awesoem that is malar.

I'm currently playing a malarite priest, and while i've converted a few people IG, what i'd find really cool. and you would too. is to see more malarites.

Hunters, Barbarians, Rogues, you name it you can build pretty much any class, and most races as a malarite. Even if only a loosely affiliated one.

A little bit of background info on malar,

He is all about the hunt, the beastlord the black blooded pard, patron of the bloody hunt. He favours the strong, encourages culling of the weak. Malarite are responsible for encouraging hunts, fighting disease. Though it doesnt mean you have to cure every rabid animal you see, you could jsut slaughter all of them. therefore removing the taint.

A couple examples of malarite concepts for those interested.

A ranger, who leads unssuspecting parties into ambushes of wild animals, uses powerful animals to kill others, and set traps for those stupid enough to stray without a guide.

A political figure, who encourages the use of bloody executions in trials, and attemps to create a government of strong hunters and warriors, because the strong should rule, not the weak.

I suggest these because i'd love to get some small church becoming present in the colony, as they are in cormyr. For this followers of malar are goign to be needed.

Plenty of plots, and interesting goals are guaranteed. Hells if someone fancies gunnign for a champion of malar. seriously, hit me up on IRC and we can chat about it. I'm more than open to helping others with concepts they might have.

Malar is the god of slaughter, predators, beasts, and hunters. A great example Eq.

You can be a Hunter who prowls for bloodshed, a werewolf that slaughters animals and feasts on flesh, a blood shredding druid who leads animals to feast on members of the ziggurat, or a political man that wants to see hunts and blood.

An update worth mentioning.

The Church of Malar is now an established faction on Ymph. With a Patrician at its head, and a few good followers.

I'm looking for new pc's. People who will join into this concept. Malar has been so much fun for me and all the people inside the concept so far.

Restrictions are fairly striaghtforward.

Therefore the onyl two classes you couldnt really play are a monk, and a paladin.
