I was thinking, one of the things that annoy me about the medical herbs is the fact they you have to ocupy a whole section of your inventory to have a good amount. The weight, i assume is intended, but it's annoying to try and order than many herbs.

I propose an OOC tool that allows you to merge medical herb bags: perhaps something like a box where you can put all the herbs inside and when you use the tool they all change into a single items that, instead of having (Unlimited times/day) propiety has (1 charge/use) and have 1 charge for each herb merged this way.. and the wight fixed, of cource.

An herbalist can make for you a bundle of herbs (or you can learn to craft them, yourself). When you open the bundle, it gives you five individual herb bags. So, you can be carrying thirty herbs, but have them occupy six 2x1 slots until you actually need to use them.

Adjusting weight properly and persistently is next to impossible. Using charges makes it harder to recover an herb's use if there's an invalid target.

I need to get a rubber stamp that says "NOT FEASIBLE" and find a way to use it on these forums...

..it had been suggested before?

A post with NOT FEASIBLE ideas as a sticky would help  to avoid this...

Or players using the search function.

Put all your PC's herbs in a bag or box and quickslot one. I do this on most of my PCs. The quickslot doesn't run out until the last herb pack you have is used up. That's not obvious, I know as the herbs don't stack, but it work.

If they stacked it would be nice. But I don't know if it is even possible or worth to script that.

derfo

who cares it's not even hard to click herbs

Egon has it with the pouch idea. I've been doing that since I started here. It'll even use the large herbal pouches as you go along, even if you have a smaller one quickslotted.
