Unexplained xp loss

Rashi Abagananda, Monk- I went into the Gnolls quest with a little over 17k..when we finished I had 16.5k...I did not die. Two of our members did, and respawened, but I did not die. I did notice that could only see mobs once I was right on top of them, like fighting in darkness, but we did have folks tossing that spell about, I think.  This happened, the lack of site, half way through the quest..I have no idea if it is related to the xp loss or not. :( Unfortunately, I logged off and on to see if that fixed it, as it does with most glitches, and it wiped the log, so I have no clue as to what it said ((pays to read the "how to" threads..))

The only XP loss that I see for your character occurred yesterday at 18:48 server time, and it looks like a death. You went from a little over 17k to a little over 12k. You regained XP for approximately one hour, ending with a little over 13k. You didn't work your way back up to 16k for nearly twelve hours.

Are you sure you checked your XP before doing the quest today? Because you didn't start the day off with 17k XP, according to what I'm looking at.

No, I thought I ended the Snakes quest *forgot the name* ending with just over 17k..of course, I could be mistaken.  I could of sworn it was just over 17k before we went in((gnolls)). But sounds like you can look it up. If it is not showing the loss, then perhaps I simply, how did the former administration put it, "misremembered". Thanks anyhow for looking into it so quickly, glad I do not have some reverse xp bug or some such exotic thing.
