#Efu: Add !d and !time commands

We already have a command to get the time IG, and the IG date.

For the date it is !date.
For the time it is !t.

It would be nice if you could also, when you are REALLY freakishly bored one day, add those commands:

!d - does the same thing as !date
!time - does the same thing as !t.
