Velsharoon Domain Bug

My cleric, Valerie Lifeshadow, worships Velsharoon and has the Death and Undeath domains. Earlier today I did the Sand Reef quest (the one with the shipwreck and all the little sand spiders), used spells and the Death domain power and everything worked fine and was summoned correctly (although the Negative Plane Avatar is actually damaged by inflict wound spells, instead of being healed by it as a normal undead would, perhaps another bug? possibly connected with this one?). I finished it no problem, walked out, had to log out for a few minutes to do something, but then when I logged back in I got a message saying that my domains were not supported by my deity, and that I would be unable to cast spells.

I have tried relogging, resting, re-installing the extra domains override, and none of that worked.

I have known several other pcs that have played clerics and are unable to cast even though they should, this has been going on for some time now.

It's because Velsharoon's just a lame demipower instead of a real god like Kelemvor.

Rest and then relog. Apparently an issue has been introduced where if you have no uses left of a domain power, you will be unable to cast spells.
