Magic weapon on gloves is still applying a +1 AB rather than +1 enhancement bonus. Greater Magic weapon works flawlessly if that helps. I feel like it's been posted but I did not see it, sorry for the double if so.

I spoke too soon. GMW is also broken on gloves and replaces (or becomes replaced if cast after) by flame weapon.

So a normal melee weapon would be granted +1/2/3 via these spells to it's native damage type, and also accept flame weapon of 1d4 or 1d6.

Gloves will only receive the last bonus to damage cast and lose the prior.

Apocryphal Misconceptions

Our script aside-

I have been trying to remember if an 'enhancement bonus' is possible for gloves in the first place (without the spell), or if gloves only take added attack bonus as an item property.

It might be hard coded if that is the case.

Pentaxius

It's possible. GMW adds a damage bonus on gloves, but it does not stem from the property "enhancement" e.g

+2 Attack bonus
+2 bludg. damage

Now, what happens when you add elemental weapon on top of it is that the damage property is overridden with the new elemental damage property (either by design, or due to a byproduct of the elemental weapon script that prevents stacking)

it then becomes :

+2 attack bonus
+1d4 fire damage

Apocryphal Misconceptions

I know, jep. I meant to say the +2 ab +2 dmg is a work around for not being able to apply an enhancement bonus to gloves in the nwn engine, which might be hard coded.

Still happening as of yesterday.
