Lower deserves a Priest/ Priestess

Recently it came to me that, with the loss of Delina, Lower is without any priest/ priestess of high power to cleanse worse magic effects or to raise the dead. I think that it would be suitable to bring one back to the Cave of Ibrandul or to the Temple of Hoar.
