Sumoning points

To be honest, a spell like Summon level FIVE, I would be in favor of making ONLY people with SF or GSF able to use reagents with that.

Level five is ridiculously powerful as it is. But with reagents (Especialyl some of the cooler ones!) they can be absolutely devastating.  For such a powerful spell, why should a non specialist have access to these amazing boosts?
