In Game Message Board(s)

In Game Message Board[INDENT]Very simple idea. You have a message board located in high traffic areas. Upper, Lower, Loblobliiblop for example (possibly in lairs/faction areas as well if you think it worthwhile). You click the board and you can start writing a message by typing out just as you would with a sending, then hit the next option of 'add more' or 'done'. Once you select done you pick if you want to leave the message anonymously or with your name. Once done the message is posted on the board.

Anyone who clicks on the board would get a listing of messages with their titles and either anonymous or the name next to them. Clicking the message/dialogue selection would show you the contents of the message. The boards would be persistent (perhaps up to some time limit so as to not take up excessive server resources).

If you are not sure how this might look I suggest you take a peek into the Arelith PW server, they make heavy use of this, although not in the precise way I think would be best for EFU.

Basically just a more immersive way of making the world come alive and leave shady messages on the board, or hints at what's going on, or that you're looking to buy this or that. Stuff you might not post on the forums might work better on these boards. They would not be tied to the out of game forums at all.
