Weird Mob alliances

Recently was walking through the Scamander area minding my own business when I ran into a bunch of beetles.  I started running away until I saw some trogs.   Well, I had the bright idea of leading the beetles into the trogs in hopes the beetles would go for the easier meal.  Unfortunately it would seem that mindless beetles and Troglydytes have some sort of unspoken alliance.  So I suggest putting the Troglydytes into their own faction.  Similar to how Orogs/Orcs and various other mobs work.

I've also noticed how many aberrants are non-hostile to kobolds and goblins and other natural creatures they'd otherwise prey upon.   It really takes away from my immersion when I have to come up with some arbitrary reason why a hook horror and a warband of kobolds are hunting adventurers together.

It makes sense to me that the beetles that live in the Scamander are allies of the trogs. They may be trained by them, or otherwise 'domesticated'. It could be the same with many other mobs.
The kobolds/goblins may have been slaves to the beholder.
And perhaps the kobolds had trained a hook horror?

With the wide array of random spawns, and if everything had its own faction, you'd nearly be able to dodge most by leading them to another.
Which I feel would just make things too exploitable or easy.
