Sendings and Shouts in #efu

I really like it too. I am in two minds regarding using a separate channel. I leave my IRC client running even when I'm at work or out, and so I simply won't see most of the posted shouts or sendings as they are lost in the clutter.

This may not be a problem as almost all of them will be irrelevant to me, but it would be nice to have them pop up in a separate channel that is simply used for these broadcasts. That way the interesting sendings and shouts my character would have heard are right there for me to see.

Regardless of which way you actually do it, it is a great addition imo.

I just want to point out that, due to Archipelago's other services, ignoring it isn't actually an option!

It could hardly be said to be cluttering the channel. It spits out 3 or 4 lines every 15 or 20 minutes. At worst, what it says is irrelevent to you and you simply ignore it.

Think of it as an automated DrDragon.

I kind of think of it the other way... The mindless drivel (Albeit often very fun mindless drivel) that goes on in that channel will often drown out the sendings and shouts.. But other than that its great!
