cha 14+2 but at lvl 5 getting just +6 to abilities. it would be +6 and +2 for cha.

No. It is +4 base and +2 from charisma modifier. The rage is capped at +6 at level 4 though.

yeah it would be capped +6 at lvl 4 so why its base jsut +4 and +2 from cha? WHat if I had cha +0 it would be just 4?

The rage gives +4 to strength and constitution. The way our rages work the charisma modifier is added to that. But from level 1, there is a cap in place that limits the amount you get to +4. So the +2 you get from your charisma modifier is ignored.

However, from level 4 onwards, that cap is at +6 instead. So your +2 charisma modifier can be added up to the total of +6 (4 base + 2 cha mod).
