Bard Song Issue

Character - Koli Folkvardr

The song, since reaching the level 8 mark and it being 'upgraded', often fails to apply any of the normal benefits beyond casting it's VFX and aoe effect. It appears to randomly happen, and can be fixed, equally as random, by attempting to reapply it one-three times in a row again.

If I do not swiftly re-apply it in that method it never functions again until resting.

I've also had reported issues (and noticed a lack of a VFX) on allies definately within range of the song at random intervals. Tested and confirmed to also be rather random.

Things of note -

Allies are not out of range
I am not moving / running while doing it (tried to emulate this way as well , no results)
In / out of combat has no different effect (has failed on both occasions many times)

I've also noticed this with Hammerhand's song via allies, never myself however.

Since I obtained this song from his dead body I noticed the same bug with this Raiders song.
