Hey! can you add into the description if you can attack it and the other rules, like with other Trader pc's, if you supposed to be able to attack it whenever?

And if you are supposed to be able to attack it whenever, can you add some sort of drop from it's "big heavy pack"?

He's a random spawn. I've seen him in the far reaches, near fort mur- the bad lands, etcetera.

There are lots of NPC's that have a specific "you can PVP in front of him without confirming DM presence".

There are also a bunch about whom its not clear e..g Ordinant NPC spawns, NPC quest givers etc. etc.

If the NPC is neutral and does not have a description saying specifically that you are allowed to attack them, you are not allowed to attack them without DM oversight. That should be clear enough already.
