Could there be one, possibly inside the City itself, that sells empty bottles for brewing? Bonus points if they're bundled?

This would be sweet seeing how entrance to the city itself is relatively exclusive

It would definitely encourage more people to buy invitations into the city if, say, several of the most valuable commodities were moved inside the gates. The inn is certainly a spectacle in and of itself. It could go a step farther than that.

Take a look at some of the rare potions sold outside, the bubbleberries and other regional essentials. Perhaps they'd be better served behind a door not cheaply passed.
