Soundset (and portrait) unlock!

It's been a bit harder to get a hold of since the fall of the NwNVault, but here are the unlocks in all their glory!

Simply drop them into your override folder!

The soundset one will allow you to use all soundsets, and the portrait one will likewise let you access all default portraits.

These should be the most recently updated ones. Everything to do with HotU and SotU, the whole enchilada.
