Duergar Traveler

There is a neutral NPC Duergar Traveler that randomly spawns in the UD. Its description goes on about his heavy, valuable golden necklace and stuff and that he is wary for bandits. This NPC is pretty clearly placed in this setting for players to mug if they choose to try.

There is no note about this in his description though, which probably should be added.
