Explore the Garbage Pit - Remove take limit

I feel that with the recent change to this quest, which I will not mention that this quest is worthy of not having a quest take limit.

My non spoiler reasoning is thus,

1) This short/interesting quest mostly caters to either New PC's, New Players and those who die a lot and allow them to get an albeit small, leg up.

2) The amount of benefit that can be achieved through this quest with an optimum PC is fairly pitiful at best.

There are other quests which are easier to complete, provide a greater reward, and do not have a take limit.

The House of Knowledge, for example.
