I don't know how to implement this override.  The others I had no problem with.  My software skills are weak, so a little help would be great.

When I click to download the file, it just brings up a screen full of text.

I'm sure I'm missing something incredibly obvious.

Sounds like you just need to right-click and do a Save Link As for that link, and then put the .2da into the override folder.

2da's are text. You need to download this, save it to your PC, and put it in your override folder. Don't open it.
