Custom leathers and clothing with bonuses

Can we get the option to add skill/save bonuses etc to custom leathers and clothing, to enable custom and faction gear for those PCs who don't use metal armor, or want say, non combat gear. An example would be a faction making "off duty" clothing with Persuade bonuses, or a mage guild wanting clothing.
