Ilmateri priestess made to reduce withering

Back in EFU:M, the spell "remove curse" had the scripted effect of reducing one's withering, often at the expense of XP or coin, in the case of patronizing NPC casters. Can Mindy Wilkinson, and other NPCs capable of removing curses, be changed to reflect this?

Both Doomscribe Azar and Mindy Wilkinson cast remove curse, but seem to have problems removing the actual effects. On William Kingsmouth, I lost about two hundred gold trying to get her to remove a curse that was put on him.

She does indeed, but it doesn't reduce withering. I'm not sure if this should be taken as granted or as a simple extension of the withering not being such a pressing issue in the setting anymore that it warrants ways to treat it within the module - and that last part seems to be changing.
