Trash Placeables near Fishing Holes

Often times fishing produces a lot of flavorful junk items.  While it'd be ideal to take them back to civilization and toss them away, that poses a threat to some who are encumbered and they're more likely to toss the items on the ground.   I suggest that around major fishing holes trash placeables be put down in order for fishermen to put the junk items into instead of placing them on the ground causing clutter and possibly lag.
