lag spikes?

every minute or so while playing nwn i get these mini spikes lasting 2-3 seconds, what is causing this? i run in compatibility mode got cpu affinity -2 etc any help would be appreciated hello everyone also missed you all xo

Go to cmd window and run tracert nwn.efupw.com and see if the latency is past 100-200 at the end.

Yeah, your connection has a lot of latency. That's pretty high even for someone connecting over the continents. Usually I see majority have 100-150 latency for over continent latency.

Do you use wireless? If you do, I suggest trying wired connection. If you just got slow connection or something, uh. Not much I can do from here on that, I am afraid.
