The Sanctuary Temple

Hey, I just had an idea when bouncing ideas off in IRC-

If a donation bowl could be added outside the temple that deposits gold directly to the rentholder's bank account, it'd be pretty amazing! Or, the lease opens up a special account/conversation inside the temple, allowing the person/permitted individuals to withdraw from temple funds.  

This would be an amazing, tangible benefit to having the temple, and would make it much more contested amongst the faithful in Sanctuary!

It'd also double as a way of rewarding proactive clerics with 'donations from faithful Sanctuarians' without much effort on their part.
