Climbing player tool

It seems that you can climb while knocked down or otherwise disabled with the player tool as it is a free action..

Kind of lame.

It slipped my mind since it's like the third time someone has pulled that on me.

Report anyone who does this to me and perhaps they'll find themselves climbing to the the retirement area.
