Give examine mark to everyone

I think everyone should be able to see how much coins someone has. It makes no sense to me just a rogue would be able to see. I think it also helps with the intrigue.

I think the only part of examine mark that should be available to everyone is the ability to determine if someone is in stealth or not.

All other aspects (figuring out H/MS states, S/L states, carried weight, money in purse) are the sort of things that require a trained/experience eye.

Open it to everyone, but require a feat for non-rogues and give rogues an innate bonus to the rolls based on their class level.
