Let rogue forger perk put fake names on papers

As the title suggests it would be cool if when using a piece of paper to write on it, or potentially also when being offered one to sign, forger rogues got an extra dialogue option to forge a signature which would let them type a name to add to the bottom in place of their own, be it the name of another person or an entirely falsified identity.

These forged papers should be detectable via the detect forgery player tool, same as forged licenses, and would add a really cool and much more commonly useful use for the perk beyond the rare need to forge a License or boosting prism use skills.
