[Another letter is brought. The hen once more in a sombre mood. This time the letter is curt and official, and stamped with an official seal, and underpinned by a thorough legal document from a reputable law firm.]

WRIT OF ORDER

For the War Effort, the Cabinet of Logistics was informed to make weapons of War.

As Head of that Seat, I bear the weight of any alleged crimes, consequences, or otherwise.

Those in the Cabinet did not act without order, or without oversight. Any crime they are alleged to have committed are mine to bear, and shall be added to my own legal record.

War will make monsters, but let this one remain transparent. Any artifice, weapon, or logistical decision deemed to have broken the law was done so by the order of Zain al-Saiba.

The axe stops somewhere, and in our department, it stops with me. If I am deceased, consider it punishment served.
