Give the Healing Table Some Restrictions

So far, it seems that the healing table of the House of Heroes has a common use as free healing device and worse: it cleanses more permanent effects that would be restored by cure diseases (needs to be checked) and lesser restoration (confirmed), maybe bestow curse (needs to be confirmed).

I think that it would be interesting for these things not come as easily and maybe some sort of cost should be put on that table, for instance a cleric with a tithe to some war deity or even some sort of box to collect coins to help with the costs of the House of Heroes.

It does not remove curses, aid with poison, or, disease.

It has a cure moderate wound effect and a lesser restoration effect alternatively.

Use of the table is IC.  It is intended by the hosts to be used for specific purposes.  Abuse of the privilege will be met with consequences.
