Esteemed members of the Depth Exploration Authorization Comittee,

Legate Ricario has asked me to organize a meeting between the five of us and himself, to further define the duties he hopes this Comittee may perform. I have manifested that it might be more convenient to organize this via letter, considering the difficulties to make our schedules work together but... It is his preference. Please, do let me know what time suits you, so something may be arranged. My own schedule will be somewhat busier next week, and slightly more free after that.

In the meantime, it is in our interest to continue pursuing some exploration. I manifested as much to the Legate, who allowed it so long as other Council-members are informed and invited, as well as allowed to send representatives.

I am sure our efforts will do a lot to dissuade irresponsible delvers, whilst not at all slowing our ability to learn about the Depths, which grows more urgent every single day. This law, both in its former and current version, is extremely easy to enforce and makes a lot of sense.
