Clickable disabled furniture

I think it'd be a big polishing boon, if owners of furniture could turn the useable flag off. This would be good for things like rugs, or big tables that don't really need an introduction.

This could be implemented, with a /c command that will automatically make every player placed object in a radius, useable by only the person who did the command, thus allowing for interactions like smashing, as intended. Using it a second time would toggle everything back to how it was before.

I think NWNX Object? Has this ability.

It would certainly be nicer not to click some furniture by accident!
