Remove sonic glooms

These glooms are annoying and ridiculous. The amount of damage they do and frequency they occur means even PCs with a high will save will get stunned. These glooms are so ridiculous I will just drop out of any quest I see them. My party was getting 4 oof them dropped at us at once frequently.  I have no clue if this is a bug or intended to be the most ridiculous gloom.

While they're hard to deal with I think it can be fixed by reducing the frequency at which it fires.

Currently it fires to several targets, and often enough to stunlock a PC forever.
