To the Fourth's Garrison: Commendation for Soldier Arnock Reyer (PC/DM)

To the Officers of the Janissaries of the Fourth Legion,

I recently heard through the grape vine that with the terrible loss of Sergeant Fauchard and Soldier Boucher, the Legion is looking for Soldiers suitable for upward mobility within the ranks.

With that in mind, I am writing to commend Soldier Arnock Reyer and to suggest that he should be strongly considered for promotion.

In addition to being one of the best sharp shooting archers I have ever met, I also think Soldier Reyer possesses the qualities of good leader: I have seen first hand examples of his tactical and strategic thinking as he prioritized key opponents in battle for quick elimination with his arrows; I have witnessed him manage and handle Scarabs effectively and fairly to command their respect; I know he is a man of initiative, taking up Fauchard's work with the Al-Sayaadin; and he is an excellent communicator of clear demeanor and steady temper, which is key for working together with the many people and factions of the Well.

In all my time knowing Soldier Reyer, he has been a courteous, professional individual and I am sure he would not disappoint in carrying out the duties of a Sergeant.
