Sy'laa of the Bones,

My name is Jerrod Felch, and like you, I seek to serve Kula best by tending to those most in need. From what I have seen of Ephia's Well so far, the gutterfolk of the Creep fit the description. I write to you now because in my wanderings, I learned of a prophecy spoken of deeper below, one attributed to Kula:

"What is barren shall again be made whole.
What is parched shall be watered.
What is fallow shall be bounteous.
So shall the city be return'd to the earth."

Have you glimpsed anything among the bones that will provide any context--if this is indeed prophecy of some kind?
