To the Fourth's Garrison: Commendation for Scarab Louis Boucher

To the Officers of the Janissaries of the Fourth Legion,

I am writing this note to commend Scarab Louis Boucher for his handling of the case of my recent assault and robbery.

Scarab Boucher was quick to respond once the call for a patrolling Janissary was made. He handled myself, witness Bashir, and the now convicted individual quickly and efficiently within the garrison. His questioning of myself and Bashir was precise and collected succinct evidence. And finally, had the convicted's trial gone according through the usual process, I do not doubt that Scarab Boucher would have been able to quickly and successfully argued a proper guilty verdict regardless of who was sitting as the judge.

Throughout the entire process, Scarab Boucher acted with the utmost professionalism and I believe he should return to the rank of Soldier and returned his Janissary uniform as soon as possible.
