I write this letter to hereby commend the soldiers who apprehended the Throater, those being Louis Boucher and Arnock Reyer. Their noble conduct shines in the gloom of the city, and their fearless pursuit of duty is thus recognized by the State of Ephia's Well. We look forward to bright and prosperous careers for the both of them, and hope that the Fourth shall pay them especial attention in the future.
