Dear Recluta,
there is new information, which may interest you about the case - of course, both considering our mutual understanding and the cost of procuring such information. The Rose cloak found on Galen may be connected to the fact that there recently was very fresh case of Nadiri (name, deceased Grandor the Bloodmage), where he tried to carry the clothes of Nadiri to Crows to be auctioned - there is high possiblity of that Galen attempted to do the same. He apparently claimed he got the Rose-cloak as gift from Alejandro the Poet, however, Liryst Lynneth outright called his lie, forcing him to start babbling about how "Children will die" due to taking cloak off him. He was then taken kicked away by one from Rossa. There is high possibility that the Cloak was supposed to be sold or used in some sort of sabotage against Rose, just as Nadiri one could be used against Astronomers. This one will give you one more lead - the Bloodhand clamied that he was working for Scribe Aisha, who apparently works (or formed) some sort of shadowy organisation called "Shadow Council". Crows may be connected to that.

As you can see, all of these subjects connect to the rival mercenary company, who are for longer time problem for the Well - and Rossa in particular, considering rumors this one heard about their willingness to procure some things that only Rose can have access to. This one hopes for good answer in that case... and some results in the future.
