At long last, in what some have called Sol Auk's stalling of Government, is Maribeh's Allotment brought.

Debates are furious and heated, Legate Rashid al-Rashid at one point speaking at length not only of Conspiracy by the Grandmaster of the Cinquefoil Rose, to preserve knowledge from the Government of Ephia, but other dire portent.

Amidst the feuding and debate comes too shock - as the Fourth Legion Refuse money,  for the first time in months. Sergeant Rennik Colmes graciously declaring their budget balanced, their ranks flourishing with new recruit and further undertaking of success. That the other Accord Signatories may help themselves to the State's Coffers.

A staggering show of charity comparable to previous assemblies which the Janissary Sergeant fought tooth and nail for every single dinar.

While the Cinquefoil put to task as if they were the Astronomers, Rashid al-Rashid's favored punching bag, growing read in the face and chastising the Banda Rossa for daring to ask for a Single Copper after their kidnapping of a Candidate of Ephia's Election.  A Candidate by which he stated - will soon be Legate "I know a Winner when I see one" rang endorsement for Mari Blacke.

Though quickly was by Gianluca of the Banda Rossa holes poked as a Priest of the Liar, Lying, is... how very apropos.

After money dispensed, came debate over the Djinn of Maribeh by Magistrate Qari of the Gold League. What began as a firm prohibition upon Brooking in all form, argued for mercy by the Torchbearer Sephidra, lead to an extending an unprecedented level of Consultation and Legal Power to the Astronomers of Q'tolip.

And with 20,000 to the Astronomers the largest share of the Maribeh Allotment, unless you factor The Cinquefoil's 15,000 as 21,000 if you factor in Balestriere Kragg's bonus.  The Legate Sol Auk and Astronomer's relationship a far cry from earlier in Maribeh when Sol Auk was exiling their senior rank, seizing their private studies, and matters came near to bloodshed in the Palatial Pyramid.

For B'aara is promised soon upon the stele in a matter of days.

And the Ephian Governance soon promised healed in a matter of days.

...A sign at last, at glorious last, of peace and recover to come?

Hear then of the Maribeh Allotment and Assembly. To the Banda Rossa, 15,000 dinar. To the Janissaries, 18,000 dinar. To the Astronomers, 20,000 dinar. And for action above and beyond, for the first time is a private citizen granted - 7,000 dinar to Balestriere Kragg. For exceptional service.

May this precedent set inspire the Peoples of the Well to rise, endure, and thrive. Reccomendations for comparable commendation may be sent to the Office of the Scribes for Legates to weigh before Allotment. To matters then of State-

By order of Interim Legate Rashid al-Rashid, The Jannissaries of the Fourth Legion are to be dispatched to investigate the Site of Cinquefoil Secret. Conspiracy afoot and the Sultan's Fourth shall discern truth. Torchbearer Conscription may be chosen if Janissary so choose.

Lastly upon the Stele is carved Exigent Review. Addentum to Article 12 of the Ephian Legal Code. May Apothar of Q'tolip sit parallel Sergeant as Officers of Accord to consult on intensification or mitigation in review of Brooking charge regardless of location.

The Labor of Governance is concluded for the eve. Live and Drink.

And finally in what may be perhaps the largest Gold League move the Legate has made since offering Aged Water sold at the exorbitant mark up of 750 Dinar a bottle....

On the eve of an Election, a share of the Allotment is given not to an Accord Faction, but a Private Citizen.

...And as the Accord Signatory Officers present in large number raise no protest, such comes to pass with new precedent.

Serve well your Government, Voiced.

And be Paid.
