Dear Sergeant,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and with fewer headaches over various matters, including this election. I know it weighs heavily on many of us, but unfortunately so does our duty to the Well, as Voiced.

I am writing to you because of the recent upsurge of foul spirit and Pra'raj sect related activities plaguing our dear fortress. This not only harms us all, but also the already damaged and dying world. As a follower of the Mother, I cannot bear the pain inflicted upon the children among us and yet to be born from their foul deeds, and I have finally come to work against it, but for this purpose I do not wish to fight it alone. I want to create something that can bring glory to the Well and safety to its citizens, but I will not be able to do it myself.

There is a proposal in the plans, but it is something I would like to discuss with you personally and later, if you agree, with a group of people at a meeting with Legate Auk. I truly believe that this can only benefit us and harm those who wish to harm us and all that we hold dear.

Wheel with us, who against us?

PS. While we are at it, I would like to commend Amenya Graen for her valiant service and various other deeds, including keeping Well safe and general demantor toward people - she is to be praised for it.
