To the needy refugees of the well, the Scribes of the Sublime Garden offer Charity to those who require it.

Refugees may send petition to the office, requesting any amount of Dinari they may require, however great, however small.

Petitions will be judged on the amount requested, the reasons given, any property offered to be held as proof of sincerity, and the character of the petitioner.

Petitions for the purposes of purchasing property will get special consideration.

Those Petitioners accepted will sign a contract, promising their own equal charity repaid over a fixed period, with interest added for the kind gift of the Sublime Garden.

Those who are swift and Generous in their Reimbursement shall find their character given greater consideration in future petitions.

Petitions may be sent, or made in person, to Scribe Aaisha al-Samar. Clerk of the the Office of Reimbursed Charity.

The Office shall also seek deputies, to help facilitate the smooth flow of charity.
