Ephia Assembly Schedule

Flyers begin to circulate offering announcement of schedule and intention of Ephia's Well and its Assembly Schedule. Handbills are spread among the Three Accord Signatory territories, as well as the Souk, all three of the League Offices, and beyond

ATTENTION: EPHIA'S WELL ASSEMBLY SCHEDULE

As Honorable Legate Sol Auk is but one Stonefolk,
Rather than the heated debate of Two Legates among the Accord Signatories and the Voiced,
Until a second legate is Raised there is to be a new system and schedule of such.

By Accord and Chief Scribe's decree, allotment of funding needs be only spread one month at a time.
Beyond such there are no restrictions or infringements upon the Assembly.

To this end the Voiced of Ephia's Well may expect more frequent General Assembly sessions,
To this end the Allotment and General Assembly will be separated into Two sessions.

Current Schedule:

Allotment Assembly: ((Friday, 5 PM CST)) - 

Accord Signatory Members: Janissary, Recluta, Student, Acolyte or Nadiri,  or Officers of the Organization may appear upon the day in question to speak for their Organization in pursuit of Allotment allocation and funding.

Only in Allotment Assembly may Non-Voiced members of the Accord Signatory speak, as not all Officer may be present.

Should it be decided otherwise by the Officers, a non-Member of their rank, Voiced of Gold, White, or Purple League may come forward if the Officer raises Bellow of their representative before session.

The Sultan's Fourth Legion declare that for Allotment allocation, Voiced Human al-Human the Refugee, may speak for the Legion in pursuit of Funding

Voiced of Ephia's Well need not attend if they do not desire, however if they do desire they may come and debate with the Accord Representatives before Judgement is rendered.

Voiceless are welcomed to attend but will be constrained to the Gallery and if deemed out of order, they will face punishment ranging from expulsion to criminal charge.

General Assembly:
((Saturday, 5 PM CST)

Voiced of Ephia's Well may come forward to have proposal raised, debate such topics, and present them before the Legate for submission.

Voiceless are welcomed to attend but will be constrained to the Gallery and if deemed out of order, they will face punishment ranging from expulsion to criminal charge.
